The Mercedes Benz S-Class occupies a leading position in the premium segment with regard to high standards of comfort and well-being. The new engine line stands for high efficiency by betting on new technologies. On the other hand, Intelligent Drive is the natural evolution towards autonomous driving. New engines include six-cylinder in-line versions such as diesel and petrol engines, as well as a new V8 twin-turbo petrol engine. An electric hybrid with 50km electric range is also planned.
