Évora is one of the most beautiful historical cities of Portugal that came to the 16th century as the second most important city in the kingdom and hosts the second oldest university in the country.

The Romans built their glorious temple in honor of Emperor Augustus and the Portuguese nobility had imposing stately palaces, convents, the majestic Gothic cathedral and the famous Bones Chapel.
The abundance of monuments that led to its classification as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The city is set in the charming Alentejo region, a land of endless golden fields punctuated by olive, cork and vineyards, with paleolithic engravings dating back to 25 000 BC, impressive megalithic monuments, historic towns, villages nestling along medieval walls. .
